Here
are the faces that go with the voices you hear on the phone when you call Cream
City Music. In the top row we have with Joe and Jessi Gallenberger, the owners.
They have been doing business as Cream City Music eleven years and seen the
business grow from a small operation in their home to one of the best guitar
stores on the planet. They both do too many things to number, all of them
essential to keeping this great store going. In the next row meet vintage
specialist John Majdalani, who you might be talking to if you want to buy or
sell a rare guitar, retail manager Brian Douglas, the voice of cream city and
it’s most public face and Ben Derrickson, product specialist with more brands
than you would care to count! In the next row, say hi to, Ron Jones, our master
luthier, he has brought may guitars back from the brink of extinction, John
Sieger who is responsible for a lot of the photos and content on our website and
Beezer Hill, our man from shipping, who always sends good things your way! And,
ladies and gentlemen, in the bottom row, introducing our three newest employees!
Kim Allen, retail and product specialist and Ben
Woyak, who specializes in all things amplified, from repairs to
sales. Andrew Feller who also works the retail floor, is our go-to guy in the
bass department. Joining us very recently are the two cheerful lads in the bottom row, Jeremy Cain, who is handling the vast majority of guitar set ups and doing some repairs also, along with Mike Thao, who is there to help you on the retail floor. We are glad to have both of them on board! This cheerful bunch is dedicated to giving you a good deal and
a fun experience every time you come to Cream City Music. Stop in or give us a
call, we can't wait to meet you!
